At NEEWER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your photography and video equipment; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your NEEWER account or visit our support portal to submit a return authorization request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring all lenses, cables, and batteries are included, and securely seal the package for transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location to begin the inspection process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
